■SPOT PP(BLACK / CLEAR)
It is a surface treatment which can be also used
for the polypropylene product.
This agent vanishes the gloss of the weld line
and enbossing &frosting on the plastic product.

1. Please spread Spot 50 on the surface of a plastic product thinly when the product becomes defective because of the Weld line etc.
2. Please spread Spot 50 on the plastic product and paint afterward, when there is a painting in the second processing and the Weld line doesn't disappear even if paints.
3. Please spread Spot 50 on the plastic product thinly, when the gloss comes out on frosting and embossed surface. It vanishes the gloss.
4. Please use the clear type on all the color products, however generally the black type on the black.

Suitable resin PP, ABS, AS, PC, Acryl, Hard/soft vinyl chloride, nylon, Urethane, Phenol, Epoxy etc.
*The crack might come out by the bent etc. on the soft vinyl chloride and nylon.
【Test conditions】 　
Spreading 'Spot 50' on the radical material of each resin　→　 centigrade x compulsive dryness for 30 minutes at 50 degrees　→　at Leaving for one week　→　30℃ in temperature/60%RH in humidity/Leaving for 24 hours　→　Externals and adhesion test.
【Criterion】 　
Externals：Not finding the abnormality of the swelling and peeling off.
Stickiness：Not flaking off on cross cut test (make the 100 squares-2mm x 2mm and after the cellophane tape is made to stick, rapidly pull in the direction 45℃)
